New Home for Dan?

It looks like I'll be getting a new home in May. Of course this all subject to the loan process. My son's mom did me a huge favor and helped me get the deal of a lifetime on a really nice townhome here in Colorado Springs.


I couldn't be more ecstatic. It looks like I'll be getting a mortgage at 5.5% which, according to my Dad, is "the lowest rates since 1963." I'll take that!
